The Mini-Z AWD (All Wheel Drive) chassis maintains its high performance and sophisticated technology, as well as the incredible attention to detail. The Mini-Z also manages to achieve its shaft-driven AWD system in its minimal size with a precision king-pin strut system 4-wheel independent suspension. In addition, the high efficiency drive system features a specially shaped crown gear and pinion gear in the newly designed diff gear unit. The result is a level of resistance through the drive train about the same as existing 2WD versions to produce true racing machine performance. And the focus on weight throughout means the AWD is not much heavier than the 2WD version.
